Havelocke Swiles is the son of Seneschal Bothwick Gilchrist Swiles. Until recently he served as the personal valet of Victor Dargent, but when Victor was promoted to Vizier after the Whisper Vote that banished Absalom and Damasque Laureat, Victor took Havelocke with him as seneschal for House Dargent-Laureat.
