Moonlighters
The Moonlighters are a drug cartel who worship the Wandering Moon. Unafraid of the Moon's deathly omens, the Moonlighters carry out much of their illicit activities on Eclipsedays, when most people of Palimpsest remain indoors.
History

Lindie Asklepa spied on a group of Moonlighters, including Nighthawk and Knuckles, on the roof of their headquarters pub, giving them a fright by replaying their conversation that Basil had recorded.Later, Vulpix and Connie Furr were ambushed by a group of Moonlighters on the ledge where the Candleman's Cartel had stolen the Honourable Company's drug shipment. They were taken to see the Candleman, who agreed to return the shipment in exchange for 18,000 gp.
