Penquil Dreadful Yellowback (a.k.a. Penny)
Penny Yellowback is a Lizardfolk Merchant who owns and runs Yellowback's bookseller, which exclusively sells books that are too trashy to be sold further up the city. Penny's back has yellow spine plates that is the signature feature of her whole family, and the namesake of the bookshop.
