Locked away in the Bridewell, the realm of Panopticon, the Eyes and Arms, the Prisoners serve their endless sentence. Each bearing a crime so heinous that they must be kept seperate from the rest of existence, Panopticon is their judge and jailor, ensuring they will never be released to wreak their chaotic havoc on the world once more.

Broken taboo: Eye-dodging. Seeking to know where Panopticon is looking.
The Puppeteer is the title given to the wife of Panopticon, the Eyes and Arms and the first of the Prisoners. She used her maritial connection to Panopticon to know where Its-And-Their eye was pointed at any given time, allowing her to manipulate things out of sight.
The God-Swallower
Broken taboo: God-swallowing. Attempting to devour a god for the purposes of stealing their power.
