Watchnight
Twice a year, the followers of Panopticon, the Eyes and Arms observe Watchnight.
Observance
Leave an empty seat for Panopticon. Tell stories of how the prisoners were imprisoned. Each of the prisoners have a thing that they were imprisoned for. Each is a threat to the world in their own way, and Panopticon keeping them imprisoned is what prevents that threat from coming to pass.
