Wax of Defiance

Wax of Defiance is an amber-coloured wax used by the Bakerstreets to protect against language-based Charm and Compulsion effects. The wax is put into the ears, bestowing a minus 2 penalty on Perception checks, but a +4 resistance to charm and sound-dependant compulsions.
