William Barrigan
William Barrigan was an unremarkable Sailorite explorer, a mere footnote in the pages of history. He was the first human to discover a particular small floating island on West Star. He named the island after himself, Barrigan's Isle, ignoring the fact that the natives already knew and named the island themselves.
The island's Aquan name, "Balucrafa" literally translates to "glowcrab reef" in reference to the colony of Glowcrabs thriving on the bottom of the floating island. Barrigan fashioned his cutlass out of the Glowclab shells, which due to the material's celestial connection to West Star allowed Barrigan to cast the spell Hydraulic Push.

Barrigan was a skilled sailor and could hold his breath for twice as long as a normal human, but was otherwise unremarkable.
Specialized Equipment
Tidewater Cutlass: Made from glowcrab shells, this slightly West Star aligned cutlass glowed and allowed Barrigan to cast Hydraulic Push once per day.

Family Ties
Born to a family of fishermen, who were employed by the Honourable Company to harvest fish from the Plane of Water, Barrigan grew up around boats. His adventurous bronze heart led him to exploration, although his discoveries were minor and mostly unknown on the material plane.
