Ghouls spotted inside the city walls

On Eclipseday between Beggarmoon and Thiefmoon, Hugo, Lindie and Connie fought some ghouls that had ended up inside the walls of the city.
Sneaking out on Eclipseday, the trio encounted some ghouls who had managed to break into the city, seemingly from one of the lower levels. They were able to take them down, but this was a troubling occurence, since the city walls are meant to keep ghouls out. After returning to the noble court district, Hugo informed his father of the incursion, and the day after spread a rumour around the court that ghouls had been spotted inside the city walls. The Mason family (who are in charge of wall fortifications) and the Ironside family, (who are responsible for city defence), requested more funding from Richard Dargent (who manages city finances). This gave Richard a hold over both families, which he would use to his full advantage.
