Hali Shajara becomes the Vizier of House Shajara on Goldday, Tailormoon, succeeding the previous Vizier, (unknown) father.
Hali became Vizier when he was the Elven equivalent of a young teenager. Although he must have taken over the role from his parents, since his grandparents had died several hundred years prior, it is notable that his parents seem to have disappeared suddenly (probably the result of a Whisper Vote, since neither are listed in the Peerage of the Second Court).
