Neid Tus Donio- Oeb
Those born within the halls of Elysud serve as messengers of the cirvaeon. Elemental equine called angietto. Those bound to the hall of the svartalf are born of fire. And upon a mortals death, they guide the souls of the dead safely across Vosculhu and into the halls of the chosen in Elysud. Neid is a personal messenger sent to mankind, by way of the church of the great mother, to aid in maintaining the right path that they might be judged ideally.
Physical Description
Body Features
Mostly equine in nature, he has the forelegs and tail of a great lizard with hooved hindlegs. His body is covered in overlapping scales, like armor, with a mane running down his back from ears to tip of the tail. An orange glow surrounds his body, outlining his form in the darkness. And his eyes burn bright red, like hot coals.
Facial Features
His head is that of a stallion, but wider at the base than normal, with a distended mouth filled with serrated teeth. Like a lizard, his teeth grow along the inside of the jaw and are replaced when lost.
Special abilities
He can see the Vita flows and has 350-degree perception. When his true name is called, he can hear it from across planar boundaries. He can smell the emotional state of those around him. When in an area filled with the devout, he can perceive the emotions and vita the faithful in the area feel.

Personal history
Neid was born from Oeb, fathered by Donio, in the Tus stable of Svartalfheim. Sent as a messenger to the Church of the Great Mother as a part of the covenant with the hall of the Svartalf. He was resentful at first at having to interact with such lowly beings, penalizing himself for having brought this on himself. Now, after generations of working alongside the Oath Keepers Order, he has come to realize that they have their place in the divine plan as well as great potential to be of service. He views it as his duty to guide them on the path to Elysud and Cirvaedheim.
Intellectual Characteristics
He is a perfectionist, believing that all things have their rightful place and purpose. Very serious with a high degree of self-control, he is critical of the actions of those around him. And will make his displeasure known.
