An underwater city of the Inlanders.
Unlike other nations, this one does not belong to the Inlander UN. The nation itself, due to its reclose location, remains independent. As a result, the people of the nation were less prone to the scientific dogma that the Inlander UN holds.
Thus, despite the technological advancements of the nation that allows for its own survival underwater, the people also tend to more freely follow the religious beliefs of the Outlanders.
This may be due to the close proximity of the nation to the shrine of the All-Mother (The City of Siren), and thus her magic is more strongly felt here.
The Capital is the city of DuSoleil.
