Oberon The Fey King the ultimate ruler of The Fey Realmis a majestic figure, towering over most mortals and fey alike. He wears a pristine white suit that contrasts with his dark skin and hair, giving him an air of elegance and authority. His golden jewelry sparkles with arcane power, each piece a symbol of his dominion over the Fey Realm. But his most striking feature is his face, or rather, the lack of one. Where his visage should be, there is only a swirling vortex of otherworldy eyes, each one a different shape and color. His head is crowned by six angelic wings, each one a different hue, radiating light and grace.   Oberon is a benevolent ruler, but also a capricious one. He delights in beauty, art, and music, and rewards those who please him with lavish gifts and favors. He is also fond of games and challenges, often testing the wits and courage of his subjects and guests. He is loyal to his allies and generous to his friends, but he does not tolerate disrespect or treachery. He can be wrathful and vengeful, unleashing his fiery gaze upon those who cross him or harm his realm. He is a master of magic and illusion, able to shape reality to his whims. He is Oberon, the fey king, and none can deny his splendor.

Oberon's Jewels:

Ring of Fey Arcanum:
The ring emits a nullifcation aura affecting all fey creatures within 30 meters. The fey creature must succeed on an intelligence saving throw DC19 or lose access to any innate spellcasting abilities for 1 minute.

Bracelet of the Wild Court
The wearer can use an action to charm all fey beasts, such as a blink dog, a displacer beast, a quickling, or a unicorn, within 30 feet, the fey beasts must succeed on a wisdom saving throw DC 19 or obey the wearers commands for 24 hours.

Necklace of The Moon Court:
the wearer can use a bonus action to dominate any fey creature of B-Rank or lower. The fey creature must succeed on a wisdom saving throw DC19 or become charmed by the wearer for 1 hour or until harmed by the wearer or their allies.

Multi-finger Ring of the Sun Court:
The wielder can use an action to force all fey-creatures in a 20-meter radius to instantly return to the fey realm. Additionally The wearer has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects

Cursed Ring of the Court of Thorns:
Gives the wielder the ability to cast Soul Torture.
Soul Torture: Cast as an unavoidable spell. the target must succeed on a wisdom saving throw DC19 or the target creature will be incapacitated and be forced to tell the caster anything. Additionally if the creature is Fey, the caster may choose to instanly kill the creature.

The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 25) or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. Damage: None   Fey Step: As a bonus action, Oberon can teleport up to 60 meters to an unoccupied space he can see. This ability is usable once per round. Damage: None   Prismatic Wings: When Oberon takes damage, he can use his reaction to release a burst of radiant energy, forcing all creatures within 30 meters to make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 25) or take 40 (10d8) radiant damage. Damage: 40 (10d8) radiant damage   Illusory Veil: Oberon is constantly surrounded by an illusory aura that grants him advantage on all saving throws against spells and other magical effects. Damage: None   Passive Abilities:   Fey Resilience: Oberon has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened. Additionally, he is immune to poison damage, being poisoned, and disease. Damage: None   Fey Regeneration: At the start of each of his turns, Oberon regains 30 hit points. Damage: None   Fey Presence: Oberon's presence is awe-inspiring. Whenever a creature starts its turn within 30 meters of Oberon, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 25) or become charmed for 1 minute. The charmed creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. He regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.   Fey Strike: Oberon makes a melee weapon attack. If the attack hits, the target takes 20 (3d10 + 7) slashing damage and 20 (3d10 + 7) radiant damage. Damage: 20 (3d10 + 7) slashing damage, 20 (3d10 + 7) radiant damage   Fey Illusion: Oberon casts an illusion spell of 5th level or lower without expending a spell slot. The spell's effects and DC are determined by the chosen illusion spell. Damage: Varies based on the chosen spell   Fey Enchantment: Oberon targets a creature within 30 meters and forces it to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 25) or become charmed by Oberon for 1 minute. While charmed, the creature is incapacitated and obeys Oberon's commands. The charmed creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. Oberon is a Primal-Rank threat and is inheirently linked to the Fey realm. When Oberon is slain, all fey, in the fey realm will know, and know that the legendary artifacts he carried are up for grabs.
