Crest Lao

Sovereign land of all dragon kind, given to them in recompense for their enslavement by the gods during the Metisean War. Because of this Crest Lao is one of the few lands on Gaea where gods can not freely tread. Or even enter without suitable permission.
Isolationist and with a strict racial caste system, Crest Lao isn't the most popular kingdom around to begin with. Presented to the rest of the world as a democracy when in reality its a tyrannical dictatorship ruled by an ancient and immortal emperor of a wyrm, Azazel Fucang-Lao. Rife with slavery, forbidden arts, and things that are only possible because of the Stygian oaths sworn by all divines to not trespass upon Crest Lao.
