Queen Peka (a.k.a. Her Wizened Royal Higness)

Queen Peka is a melanistic giant woodpecker in her late 70's. She is a wise and kind ruler but could also commonly be the subject of the phrase "real wise-guy, eh?"
Even in her old age Queen Peka is famous (or infamous depending on who you ask), for overly casual behaviour and humorous remarks. Despite this, there are few to none of her peers within the Melkial Accord that do not deeply respect her ability as a ruler and the vast wisdom she possesses.
