For as long as humans have worshipped deities, it has almost exclusively been one of the Beastial Gods, the Eternal Pantheon. Their influence can be tracked across continents and millennia. They do not directly intervene in human events, and in fact, are far removed from large-scale politics and such amongst people. Instead, they watch over individuals who garner their attention and influence events to try and assist with small personal problems.
While other pantheons and gods have come and gone, the beastial gods have endured.
