Cadaver Castle

Dominated by a Gothic, almost comically evil looking castle that the town gets its name from, in reality Cadaver Castle is a town of mostly intellectuals who don't want to be bothered. Questions of morality in regards to Necromancy do exist, but in the purely academic sense it is used here of the people of Pantheon do not object. Especially compared to something like Enchantment magic which is seen as far more practically dangerous. Regardless, studies of death and undeath tend to call to quieter more introverted types and this town serves as a safe haven for those personalities.
