Cerrus

Cerrus is a party town particularly for dreamers, thinkers, artists, and creatives. While the whole continent of Karsteres is based on the ideals of the Knowledge domain, a lot of other settlements are also based in the desired control of the Order domain. Instead, Cerrus flips in the other direction of the Light domain - interested in the metaphorical illumination of truth through art and philosophy. Turns out that this makes Cerrus the poorest settlement on the continent. That isn't necessarily as large of a problem as it might seem though as the other towns, villages, and even structure of The Domain Pillars  are inherently supportive of the city because of its place in the structure of the belief system.
