Elphan Brait
The owner of over half of the docks in Aldere and most of the boats that come in and out. He's generally liked by the city - there certainly haven't been any horrible scandals or anything like that and he is known to be decent to work for. That is what makes it all the more strange that he would be meeting with a representative from The Purple Wish.
