Tempest Domain

The Tempest Domain largely exists on the outskirts of society in Pantheon. It concerned, naturally, with storms and the sea and all of that, but also with rage, and revenge and anger. There is a reason that the worst criminals in Pantheon were sent to Ikelanes, a place surrounded by water and harsh storms. There is also a reason why when Tristoro Elban took over in a fury, the Tempest Domain was the biggest supporter of leaving them to it.
