Caustic Levin
Summary
A Beast of Legend Among the Anoxe Clan, this ape-like creature stands 30 feet tall, with long muscular arms and a matching body. The animal's skin resembles that of a reptile more than a mammal. The Caustic Levin can lay in wait in swampy areas for weeks, patiently waiting for the right moment to ambush its prey by electrifying the wet ground and water in which it resides. This ability either stuns or kills the prey, allowing the Caustic Levin time to consume its meal.
The animal possesses large quantities of acidic fluid inside its body, which reacts to iron formations that grow as horns and spikes throughout its physique. This acid and iron reaction is what enables it to electrify its surroundings. However, if the creature's body is wounded, the acid that protrudes could melt even the toughest of armor.
Now, this legendary beast is kept in the capital of the Anoxe Clan. It serves as a means to carry out the death sentence, as those found guilty of major crimes are placed within its swampy pit and citizens of the capital watch as the Large beast delivers the sentence. There is no hope for any who fall inside the pit.
