Actually very smart. Comes up with ideas that no one has thought of before, which is why he moved up so quickly at the local Cawes faciltiy, but is also why he was fired.

He is in it for himself and has no care for others. He is focused on having the power to tell other people what to do. If he needs money to do that, it's a secondary concern.
