Defences

Around each district is a 10ft thick reinforced stone wall with a mix of balisats and cannons. the gates are made of adamatine and are crafted by some of the greatest smiths throughout history each check point has 2 gates.

Industry & Trade

The City has a bustling economy with the trading of material and master crafted tools and weaponry. This trade has brought merchants from round the world who have since set up shop in Daraki.

In addition the city makes a special alloy called Darakis steel, which is highly conductive to enchantment.

Infrastructure

The Waste Magma from the forge flows under all house providing heating and eventually poured into casts in the bottom of the city. these blocks of obsidian are sold to make statues. 
A spring is located near the top of the mountain, it flows through aqueducts providing the city with water. 
There are 5 checkpoints at each city that log the name of every person within the city.

Districts

Goldforge Chateau

The Goldforge Chateau is the house of the duke which sits near the top of the mountain that the city is set upon. While it is one castle it is the size of a small district and houses all servants within it.

Makers district/great forge

Contains a verity of tools and stations need to make all sorts of things from fine art to a blade that can kill gods though the residents of the district say that these are the same thing.

History

The city was founded Duke Murnir Goldforge after he courageously saved the country from an oncoming dragon horde at the cost of his town. The king asked Murnir what he wanted as a reward and he requested resources and land to rebuild his now destroyed town. he was granted the deed to the mountain range and a plentiful supply of material.

Points of interest

The Auric Blood Forge. a forge centered in the Makers District and takes up almost the entire back wall of the district.

Architecture

The Architecture is dwarven so most things are sturdy and efficient. Most house are made from stone.
