Personal history
Medicatus started out as a simple Devil, in The nine hells, waiting to be summoned into the prime material plane. Though Medicatus would tire of waiting, seeking action in her life, instead of the boredom that was waiting.
She decided to start killing random devils here and there, opening her own club for entertainment. She would continue to kill people, here and there, eventually gainin a reputation of being able to kill any devil she wanted.
Her club would continue to grow, eventually morphing into the organisation known as Medicatus's house of deeds. Where they would take on contracts for different servises.
Eventually, a contract would pit her against Muzalla, The sire. Their struggle would go on for days, but Muzalla, The sire would rise victorious. Instead of outright killing her, Muzalla, The sire would curse her to never again change her form.
Medicatus would go back to Medicatus's house of deeds, where she would plot to overthrow the previous ruler of the seventh layer of The nine hells. She would end up succesfully overthrowing the lord of the layer.
Medicatus now lord over the seventh layer of The nine hells, where she has changed the scenery to be a sort of "Neo-underground" full of parties and fun.
