They place a high priority on knowledge and will do most things in order to acquire it especially when it concerns magic, they do however make sure to share this knowledge as much as possible to see if someone else can make a new discovery using it.

Skaya is set on a large amount of flat lands with most of its population scattered across said land, however most tend to gather at the larger cities as those have teleportation circles and there by acces to the great library

the skayan military is made up of mostly mages of varying orders but has a small unit of eldritch knights

skaya is able to supply all citizens with incredibly cheap food due to them being able to grow it at a very rapid rate using magic

Skaya trades with many nations exporting high amount of magic items at a decent price.
Education
all citizens of Skaya have mandatory schooling until they have matured or surpassed their teachers.
if they fail to awaken to magic before 15, they are no longer considered citizens
Infrastructure
most basic requirements like health care, food and housing are either incredibly cheap or free for citizens.
the more powerful the magic the better they are treated.
