Distance Measurement for Elevation

This is less a ruling and closer to an observation. Due to the nature of the game treating diagonals the same as straight lines, distances involving height as well as distance along the ground can be easily "measured" by using whichever distance is longer.

For example, if a PC is 30' away from a creature 50' in the air, for range calculations they're 50' apart.
