This blade is very well balanced; its crossguard appears to be two broad crossed horns.
You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
When you hit a bovine with this weapon, the bovine takes an extra 3d6 points of slashing damage. For the purpose of this weapon, "bovine" refers to any creature with bovine heritage, including cattle, aurochs, and minotaurs.
Proficiency with a rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Saf acquired this from Stout "Red" Redwood during Session 33: Arriving in Sohmweyr and Day's End at a cost of 400 gp.
In Session 46, the Prince transformed it from a short sword into a rapier as part of his blessing for Saf.
