Twilight Sanctuary

There's a lack of hard clarity about the ability Twilight Sanctuary. After discussion and consideration of multiple angles, it has been decided that the following things are true about Twilight Sanctuary:

• Twilight Sanctuary produces dim lighting that overrides natural (non-magical) lighting conditions. Full daylight or complete darkness become dimly lit within its radius.
1. Twilight Sanctuary does not dispel (and is not dispelled by) any kind of magical light or darkness. When it interacts with these things:
   • If the magical light/darkness spell level is lower than the Twilight Domain cleric's highest spell level (half their cleric level rounded up), then the dim light effect of the Twilight Sanctuary overrides where they overlap.
   • If the magical light/darkness spell level is equal to or higher than the Twilight Domain cleric's highest spell level (half their cleric level rounded up), then the dim light effect of the Twilight Sanctuary is suppressed where they overlap.
   • In either case, the temporary hit points and/or the condition removals described by the ability are unaffected.
