Paramos is one of several kingdoms in the subcontinent Hildemar. It makes up the majority of the westernmost portion of Hildemar.

Primary races are undyne, humans, and dwarves, with smaller but still significant populations of elves and gnomes.

Major agricultural practices include aquaculture, rotational farming, irrigation farming, and animal husbandry. Major industries include mining, metalworking, fishing, and paper milling.
