Garrus Ventrini

A half-elf commander within the Caelsimilian military and one of the possible replacements for Rick Thaddeus. Garrus was very involved with the investigation into Thaddeus' death and as such, he made himself very present for the following trial of Sharon and Rikius Falenmir. It was his spell that finally had Sharon spilling the truth of everything and led to her execution.
