(a.k.a. Little Tenin)

A former angelic eidolon in the service of Elathera Clearwater, Tenin has since gained mortality, along with a sense of personal idenity seperate from being a manifestation/aspect of the archangel of the same name.

Personal history

Tenin's existence initially began when he unconsciously manifested as an aspect of the archangel TENIN. His purpose in life was to serve as an eidolon to the mage Exius, and the two quicky became more than just allies. Developing a strong bond, they traveled the planes side by side as Exius explored the planar universe and grew in power.
Eventually, Exius's son married, and he and his wife bore Exius a granddaughter named Elathera. She delighted in her grandfather's stories, admiring him and longing for that same adventure and sense of wonder. She adored him and Tenin both, and mourned when her grandfather passed away and both were gone from her life, seemingly forever.
Fate would unite the family once more however, when bandits attacked Elathera's town and the girl summoned her own eidolon for the first time. Rather than someone new, it was Tenin who returned to her aid, due to her childhood adoration. Side-by-side, the duo fended off the attack and protected the town.
Her and her family moved away, but Tenin and Elathera remained by each other's side throughout the Caelsimil Crusade against Teme-Rasadar and after. When the summoner began traveling from plane-to-plane herself, she in time encountered the archangel TENIN, triggering an identity crisis in his smaller manifestation. For him, she gave up her powers and abilities as a summoner, trading it away to grant Tenin mortality and live his life as his own, distinct being seperate from his origin- for which he will always be grateful.

After his experiences in the Crusades, and due to his innate sense of justice, Tenin has devoted his life to the Caelsimilan Military. He spends day in and day out training new recruits, educating them in military strategy and preparing them for the potential of eventual battle.

Accomplishments & Achievements

The role he played alongside Elathera and the rest of the party in the Caelsimil Crusade Against Teme-Rasadar makes him a hero, and he takes intense pride in what he sees as the triumph of good over evil. For Tenin, defending the holy land of Caelsimil was an honor and a privelige, and it is a cause that he has devoted his whole life to now that he has his own free will.
Once a small, one-dimensional aspect of a much more complex whole, Tenin has since become the first eidolon in Lutherios to fully seperate and become a distinct, mortal entity. Originally merely an aspect of TENIN's devotion to justice, he has since seperated and lives his own life free of the existential dread that once plagued him.
His unique history as an eidolon has allowed him to travel through much of the vast planar universe with two generations of Clearwaters, seeing sights and experiencing wonders that most mortals could only dream of.

Morality & Philosophy

Those who are capable have a duty to fight for the greater good and the protection of all of mankind. Those who stand in opposition of that noble goal should be swiftly brought to justice.

To perish in the pursuit of righteousness is noble, and the mark of a hero. Justice should be dispensed without regard to one's personal well being.

A life need not be taken swiftly, but the unrepentant do not deserve mercy.
