Tharn Rockpuncher

A violent, chaotic dwarf non-typical of his people. He was effectively exiled out of Federation space and no dwarf community would take him in, and he was a criminal everywhere else. Thanks to his super-dwarven strength and ceaseless rages, he became a warlord on Umber.

His tribe of outlaws have lain claim to an oasis on Umber. This has interrupted a shipping route from mines to the nearby city, as travelers once depended on the oasis as to restore their supplies for the trip. The party may encounter Tharn when they take a mission to apprehend him. Alternatively, as a local hazard, the party may go after him on their own if they happen to be on Umber.
