Url the Mind Master

From an unnamed backwater on Umber, Url was blessed with myriad psychic abilities and very few teeth. He is a red mullet and an intelligent sickle companion. He is part of the minority dwarf population on Umber, most of which do not live in the cities and take jobs as miners.

As sometimes happens to children born on Umber, Url developed psionics. However, he is a rare savant with uncommon power. He leveraged this to climb to power as a warlord, and now forces several mines in his region to pay him protection money.

The party may encounter him when called to deal with Url's racket. They may also be involved with aquiring mined goods, which could bring Url to their attention.
