Supreme Collegium
The Supreme Collegium is the High Council of Britain in charge of voting on the High King of Britain. It consists of a fluctuating number of 25 - 35 legates including kings, dukes, earls, churches, and city senates. Most legates don't vote themselves, but are represented by local bishops.
