Ilthus

A former member of The Wyverns, Ilthus was well known for the effects their powers would leave behind. Unlike many other Villains, Ilthus turned himself in after realizing the negative effects his powers would have on others.

Appearance

Ilthus bears faint resemblance to Ilithids, although much larger. With arms resembling large muscular tendrils instead of hands and large clawed feet.

Abilities

Ilthus is a presumed changed capable of altering the area around them into a dream like quality reminiscent of the Astral Sea
