Letter to Walker from Ophelia - 13 Rekindling

My dearest Walker, Things have become far more complicated. I’m going to keep this brief, as I need to get back on the road. My travel route is… impeded. Apparently last month, the Crag expanded its war and dragged Hrim with it. We’re at war with Tarburland, Sindar, and Illuma now. While they haven’t been able to deploy any invasion forces yet, the area is about to get very difficult to travel in.
I planned to travel through the tunnels of Tarburland, but all the roads to the mountains have been blocked by Hrim militia. I stole a rowboat from a dock in Garested and made it to the town of Mouton in Symphon, which is where I am sending this from. To avoid the war, my route is getting even less direct. My funds are low, so I will likely have to find work on the road.
I don’t mean to worry you, but… I can’t help but shake the feeling I’m being followed.
I will update you where I can.
