Speaker Duvessa

The tough but fair speaker of Byrn Shander.
She first met Lander's Travelling Circus at the council of Ten Towns, seeking to deal with Auril's threat. She took a disliking to Phillip after his constant interuptions.
She's currently struggling against Maxildanarr's political machinations in the wake of the destruction of most of Ten Towns.
