The popular speaker of Targos and agent of the Zhentarim, his aim is to create a Zhent stranglehold over trade in the region.
He's offered help to Lander's Travelling Circus multiple times, but it's all been to get his own way, and he even hired a spy to infiltrate the group.
He ran from the Chardalyn Dragon attack and was saved by Jacob pretending to be him and fighting it. He's now stirring up trouble in Bryn Shander amongst the refugees, seeking to cement himself as the Speaker of all Ten Towns.
