God
As a category of beings, the gods of PÈRYL are almost as diverse as the countless myriads of mortal beings of infinite worlds. However, they are unified in their great, reality shaping powers, immortality, strength, wisdom, knowledge, and sheer potency.
There are, however, also in a complex and ever-shifting hierarchy. Demigods, godlings, powerful spiritual and/or elemental beings may have most (or all) of the powerset of the category of gods, but are they themselves dwarfed by the gods of higher tiers as they are to mortals. If sentient mortals of great knowledge are superior to the biomechanical beings such as insect drones, lesser gods see mortals as their insects, yet they in turn are insects to higher gods, who in turn are as such to the ultimate beings.
In this sense, "god" is not so much as a fixed group of beings, but a set of categories of beings of vastly different levels of power, agency, control, and ability.
As the god-being ascends in potency, they are prone to becoming less and less distinctly personified and ultimately unknowable, alien, utterly divorced from limited mortal conceptions. The ultimate gods of PÈRYL are RWK—whose actual name is not pronounceable by mortal tongues—Annen-Whartaxxé—although conceived of as Time personified, is so much more, and in whose conception all reside, including other ultimate gods, implying that she(they? it?) are in turn another tier of power beyond ultimate. Ptazakae is an ultimate, but often conceived as being separate from godhead status.
