Qh'énnish honorifics III: Snhayth (snʰɑjɪθ)
Qh'énnish for "great priest," "high priest," "hierophant," or the like, snhayth (also snhaeth /snhɑɛθ/), the rarely used feminine form is snhàyth /snʰɑ̆jɪθ/ (snhàeth /snhɑ̆ɛθ/). High priests of various Qh’énnish faiths use this title derived from √S-N-H + the dragon particle -yth or -eth intensifier. In classical Qhélssénnish society, the ideal governance was either a duumvirate of a great leader (karreth) and a seer (yeath). The later variant was a triumvirate of a karreth, yeath, and a divine appointee, a snhayth. Thus war, rulership, and wisdom would prepare the society to learn from the past (the karreth; tradition), prosper in the present (the snhayth; preservation), and live well into the future (the yeath; innovation).
*Snhaeth/snhàeth is an acceptable variant using the intensifier particle eth rather than draconic particle yth.
