Long before the establishment of Petalfalls itself, life on Planet Earth has relied on Fungi like Mushrooms. It has been said that the creation of life on Planet Earth itself may have begun with mycelium communities that have taught early humans and fairies methods of communication.
Fungi fuels healthy life on Earth. Humans have been disillusioned long enough to have forgotten the power of fungi as medicine for the physical and mental realms. Symbiotic relationships with living organisms such as algae, unlocks fungi’s deepest potential.

Uses

Fungi is more than a resource, it is an essential foundation of a healthy ecosystem. It turns waste, from the bowels of predators, into energy and nutritious soil. When properly prescribed, it cures human disease of mind and body. It is the key to appreciate the pleasure of living on Earth in the most simple forms.

History

When certain human tribes got a taste of power and glory in the form of control, they tried to take control of all Fungi.
Fungi help humans grow their minds and community. They could become too strong or too smart to be controlled. For the humans who want to manipulate other humans and species to do their bidding, this is not preferred.
Now, innocent humans are confused why they are riddled with cancers and autoimmune disorders that their ancestors never faced… The answer is in the Fungi.
These controlling humans, who I hesitate to call leaders, think Fungi is a resource to hold and make scarce… The true principle of scarcity is whoever hoards the most useful resource, gets control. Life on Planet Earth relies on Fungi, and whoever has the most abundance and keeps others from being as abundant is possibly the most powerful being in the world.

Once rendered as a God by some human tribes, Fungi is still the most respected being in the Fairies realm. Fungi is a god of death, renewal, and rebirth.
Fungi is a resource that is seen as a God, but is also rendered as a form of currency.
