Be Chuille

Be chuille is a member of the Tuatha de Danaan, often reppresented as a wise woman, she is the goddess of arcane magic and knowledge.

Summary

Be Chuille is commonly depicted as a wise woman in a crimson robe. Her hair are long, straight and raven black, the eyes are of a light green and her skin is pale. Be Chuille is the lady of magic ove which she has a total control, rarely she will be forced to a phisical duel, but should it happen she would use a mithril staff with a top shaped as the claw of a dragon holding a massive diamond. Her scared colour is the crimson red and her sacred symbol is a seven points star.

The image and personality are strongly inspired by the historical figure of Sybil Drakensen

Be Chuille is particularly venerated by the practitioners of every form of arcane magic. Differently from other divinities, exists a clear schism between the view of her clery and of a part of her worshippers. For this reason, inside her clergy, it became dominant the position of the Be Chuille's Inquisition, that wants to set strict rules for the use of magic and eliminate from the continent all the individuals who use methods considered unappreopriate to gain magical power.
