The sea tyger
The Sea Tyger is a praho and it is the admiral vessel of the pirate fleet of The Saynue's Tiger, current Saynue's scourge.
Propulsion
The Sea Tyger, as all the proas, is a sail vessel equipped with a tanjong rig. Thanks to her small dimensions and lightweight, she capable to outrun and outmaneuver bigger and more dangerous ship. The great knowledge of the enviroment of her crew completes the legend of this ship, reknowned in every harbour of Phaldorya.
Weapons & Armament
Most of the time the "Sea Tyger" travels without a lot of weaponry on board, as it would increase the weight and reducing the chanches to outrun swift enemies. The more important weapon on this ship are the members of the crew, totally devoted to their leader and selected between the most bloodthirsty pirates of the whole Saynué, even equipped only with rapiers and knives they will fight until their last breath.
Armor and defense
The legend wants that the deck of the ship is reinforced with scales of a blue dragon, although this is not true the sailors like to diffuse this story to increase the legendary aura of the "Sea Tyger". The high maneuvrability, the great knowledge of the wind and enviroment and the skillful use of her lightweight to perform narrow maneuvers close to the shoals, that have sunken many ship in the Saynue are the main defenses of this vessel.
Ther have to catch me
to throw a ball in me Tyger's belly!!!
Communication Tools & Systems
The Tyger communicates with the other vessels of the fleet using a code trasmitted using drums. When the distance is excessive or there are noises that would make the drums useless, this system is substituted by mirrors either using lamps or the sun as a source of light.
I really like this! Especially the way of communicating, via mirrors or drums. Great job! :)
Thank you, I will do some graphic work soon! I am getting lazy on graphics...
No worries! Graphics can be difficult for sure.
Yes, but momentum is important when you trying to learn some new skill and I should be trying to do something every day...
