Skoastein empire

The Skoastein empire was a thing back before this time system was a thing. They were a ruthless police state that annexed all below them and was trying to leave the island with fleets of boats before people started to rebel all at the same time and the ruler killed himself plunging the continents into anarchy for 1000 years.
