Savras
Savras is the patron deity of divination and fate. His followers are diviners and truth-speakers. He was thought killed when the spellplague destroyed the celestial demiplane he lived on, but hints, and examples of powerful divination visions, suggest that he may have survived, or has been reborn in the time since.
He was considered more of a manager of fate, rather than someone who could be petitioned to change it. On the contrary, he mainly uses his divine influence to ensure that things that are fated to happen actually occur in some manner, so that cause and effect aren't disrupted and the universe continues to function and doesn't implode.
He dislikes time travel immensely, and will intervene harshly on mortals who use it without thought to the consequences.
