Zeleen Varnaster is a female Human Wererat, she is an adult wererat gang boss, and co-leader of the Mountains Toe Gold Mine. Visual
Social She is clever, but the wererat link means that she is always looking out for the tribe and herself, and she comes across as quite selfish and manipulative. She has a relationship with Don Jon and a partnership.
Over time, they have started to turn the mine into a more civilised living space. She is not looking to expand the number of wererats at the moment, although she might make an exception for those she admires, like the PCs.
