Myèl e Mòrd

Blood red shining bright; bees will crumble, lose their flight. A promise broken gives rise to the Sun who shall usher four into one. Myth is Real and Power grows bringing light to shadows. All shall bow to new Creators who will usher in a world that's greater.   The Last Prophecy of the Bee Prophetess
Myel e Mord or "Honey and Sting" is a compilation of prophecies spoken by Chidera, known as the Bee Prophetess. Chidera, who was the oldest grandchild of the Elder of the White Ram Clan, spent much of her free time caring for bees. At the age of 19, she received her first prophecy from the bees in her hive, that told her to leave Sikel City and start a new settlement.   Though a few of her prophecies came true in life, it was after her death that many of her words became truth. After her death, her husband found her personal journal where she had written every prophecy that was whispered in her ear. He created Myel e Mord and shared it with her most ferverent followers. As more prophecies from the text became true, it inspired a wave of migration to Demoush a Myel--her honeybee settlement--as well as religious scholars who tried to decipher and predict her prophecies. These scholars created many religious texts with both predications of future prophecies and proof of prophecies fulfilled.   One such scholar was a direct descendent of Chidera, who believed the Last Prophecy predicted that Sikel City would first destroy Demoush a Myel. His suppositions caused him to pre-emtively strike Sikel City, effectively starting the Red Quake War. His actions brought down the Honeybee City.   The end of Honeybee City brought the end of most of the surviving scholars. In large part, the religious text was defunct after the war. However, one prophecy caught the eye of Manqoba Casimir a generation after the war's end. Though not a follower of the Bee Prophetess, Manquoba believed that he was the Sun in the Last Prophecy found in Myel e Mord. As a result, it became his mission to unite the four clans into one bloodline with him as the leader, believing that doing so would provide him and his descendents with unlimited power.
