Tremere Chantry

The Chantry is one of the oldest buildings in Philadelphia. The Tremere Primogen, Gerald Vanderbilt, run the Chantry with a iron will. He has a number of rules for everyone of his clan must obey. Unfortunaly Tremere cannot blood bond each other because of thier clan bane but Gerald has found a Blood ritual to keep his charges in line. Also if any Tremere wishes to advance thier study of the arcane they must do so with his permission.   With all of these rules in place very little is known of what happens in its walls. And the Tremere are tight lipped about their practices. There are some kindred in the city who has seen first had what the blood witches can do in person. Some of it is grotesque, others have described it has harrowing and a beautiful display of power. More have shunned it entirely as a decent into madness.

Rules of the Chantry   1. None may Sire but him. Only Gerald will allow another Tremere to be made in his domain. He will decide if those seeking acess to his clan's secrets are worthy of them.   2. All Blood Socrery will be practiced within the halls of the Chantry. With the second inquistion on the rise in the area Gerald does not want any outsiders to be drawn to Tremere mysticism.   3. All other Clans are banned from the premises. Gerald is a very prideful and petty man, he refuses any other clan from entering his home.
