Trocadero

The Baron of Philadelphia holds her court here. As an Alysium any kindred may enter but are discouraged to bring violence or danger with them. It has been newly remodeled as a larger venue.   Originally a early era burlesque club The Trocadera has catered to an adult clientele. Over the years it has changed hands but still having a darker side that the underground has clinged to. Since it has been taken over by kindred it has been reformed into a prime concert venue that still operates this day. Offering private showings for parties and VIP clients this highly saught after event hall has only boomed in popularity.   But thats its public face, this is the central Elysium of Philadelphia. The previous location was burned down during the Long Night, now that the Anarchs are in power Alicia has chosen this place as her seat of power.

Defenses

This buidling is light tight. In the event that a Elysium runs long there is a vault dug into the basement that can hold up to 20 kindred. While the rest are left to find shelter in the main building they wont be at risk of stray sunlight.
This is the most public Elysium in Philadelphia. Every Kindred is welcome to come here. However in an emergecy it is expected to phone ahead.
The First Tradition: The Masquerade Thou shall not reveal thy true nature to those not of the Blood. Doing such shall renounce thy claims of Blood.   The Second Tradition: The Domain Thy domain is thine own concern. All others owe thee respect while in it. None may challenge thy word while in thy domain.   The Third Tradition: The Progeny   Thou shall only Sire another with the permission of thine elder. If thou createst another without thine Elder’s leave, both thou and thy Progeny shall be slain.   The Fourth Tradition: The Accounting   Those thou create are thine own children. Until thy Progeny shall be Released, thou shall command them in all things. Their sins are thine to endure.   The Fifth Tradition: Hospitality   Honor one another’s domain. When thou comest to a foreign city, thou shall present thyself to the one who ruleth there. Without the word of acceptance, thou art nothing.   The Sixth Tradition: Destruction   Thou art forbidden to destroy another of thy kind. The right of destruction belongeth only to thine Elder. Only the Eldest among thee shall call the Blood Hunt.
