Carcoalosin or The Dog Faced Ones

Dragon-born for D & D build purposes. The Carcoalosin, or as they are sometimes falsely called, the Tibethan (that is their religion, not their race) are something between a knoll and a non shifting werewolf. They are a large powerful race who were once so ferocious and feared that they were hunted almost to extinction. Abandoned by their creator, they were feral and uncivilized until Onaga, abandoning his own opportunity to create his own race, adopted them and taught them moderation, meditation and peacefulness.
