Elves
Elves are found in most Regions in Pilth Sar but their appearance, culture and beliefs vary by region.
Elves
Elves in this world are taller than humans and only somewhat longer lived. They tend to be very ambitious and greedy and will live in cities rather than wilderness. They are some of the finest craftsmen, making beautiful and functional weapons, exquisite jewelry, fine linens, and art. Most master sculptors are elven, as well as masons and road builders. Elves love fine art and drama. Elven playwrights and actors and artists are considered by most to be the very best. Elves can tend towards snobbery and their finest cities have a very low diversity. Dwarves were never numerous enough to threaten elven lifestyles, and besides most dwarves were landless wanders with no desire for land of wealth. The shape changers and cat people were too disorganized to threaten the elves, though some were conscripted into elven armies. Elves often have their own sectors of cities with more beautiful gardens and houses, and a lesser percentage of the poor are elves. Elves could, if they chose to, interbreed with both wolf riders and heathlanders, but not only would no elf consider such a mating, but neither would any wolf rider or heathlander.
You'll need to explain what the Wolf Riders and Heathlanders are, methinks.

Elven Exceptions:
The Baerdori
The Baerdori also tend not to own land though they do own fine packs of well-bred dogs and tapestries and other fine works of art. They travel in elaborate and complex caravans that are nearly as large and segregated as some cities. The caravans do not travel often but as often as flooding and drought conditions require.
